Pre-order Policy |
When an item is not yet available or backordered, you may reserve it.
No deposit is required.
When paying by credit card: Reserved or backordered items are charged to your card the day they ship to you.
Please note: "Available" dates are best estimates from the Robert Tonner Company and are subject to change.

Return Policy |
Our return policy is simple: Within 30 days you may return any item in its original condition for exchange or full refund (less shipping charges if any). To return, please use the label provided on the packing slip.
Note: Packages without the return label will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns on layaway orders or personalization.
